Residential Refurbishment [Chiselhurst]

Internal refurbishment and replacement of external doors and windows to an existing Pre-War detached dwelling. Resilient Edge were asked to enhance the social and family spaces at ground floor to improve practicality and enhance the Clients enjoyment of the property. A particular challenge was provided by existing corridor spaces connecting the original house to a succession of later extensions, which we were able to convert to user friendly storage and utility functions, freeing up the rest of the space for open plan living, dining and kitchen for a multi-generation family.
