Rear extension to a semi-detached family home in Aylesbury vale to provide spacious open plan kitchen diner with views to the rear garden and new direct access bi-folding doors. The extension follows the traditional styling of the existing property and was therefore able to be approved via a ‘fast-track’ planning application system whilst merging sensitively with the host building.
